Helping Me Rent is operated by Kai Min, a licensed real estate salesperson registered with RECO (Real Estate Council of Ontario) and working under Royal LePage Meadowtowne Realty, Brokerage. All documents and personal data submitted through this portal are stored securely. Access is limited to authorized members of our team only. We follow industry-standard practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to complete your rental transaction and for a reasonable period afterward in accordance with our brokerage’s record-keeping obligations. If you would like your information removed from our records, you may request this in writing at any time (see contact below).
Your Rights
As a resident of Ontario, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you
- Request corrections to inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent and request deletion of your information, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations we must fulfill
- File a complaint with RECO or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you feel your privacy rights have been violated
